Food experiment.
The chili a few days ago was pretty good. Nice level of heat, sweet, chili's, etc. The peoples that ate it reported happiness. All but one quart went away right quick. One quart made it to the fridge.
I had an... idea. This morning I seared off a family pack of boneless country pork ribs. Leaving them right in the pan, I went to town on the leftover chili with a stick blender. A little added water and a lot of RAWR RAWR RAWR with the blender. The resulting 'Chili Sauce' was poured over the seared pork. Cover on the pan, and in a 275 oven for the rest of the day.
This evening we will slice the pork and make taco's with it.
