The house has gone quiet. Not a soul is stirring, and even the dog has gone elsewhere. Some might say it's a sad way to spend Christmas day... but I say....
It's time to make myself a great big pan of baked macaroni and cheese casserole!
Naturally I'll use some of the great cheeses I was gifted with, and more than a dash of hot sauce, and real cream......
