A plate full of food porn.....

.

I suppose some people look at those jars of Alfredo sauce at the grocery store, and think the price is awfully high. Others might think "All that fat, all those calories!".

Me, I look at the same jar and understand this; I am looking at rich flavor that can be doled out a spoonful at a time, over many... many dishes. For me, a jar of such sauce can last a week, or more.

In this case, country skillet omelet on a tortilla, with garlic Alfredo sauce and sliced cherry tomatoes.

The omelet is made with sauteed onions, golden brown potatoes, mozzarella cheese, and country fresh double yoke eggs. Seasoned with sea salt, fresh ground pepper, and chopped chives.

Turned out on a whole grain tortilla, warmed Alfredo sauce with roast garlic is spooned on, and then sliced sweet cherry tomatoes make an appearance.
