Two minutes to culinary heaven....



Just so utterly easy to prep... 

Sliced onion rye bread, buttered on both sides.  Dusted with fresh ground steak seasoning, and then given a layer each  of Cooper sharp cheese and whisper thin prosciutto.

Have the pizza stone in the oven preheated to 450 degrees.  Lay the open faced sandwiches on the stone, and kick the oven over to broil for about two minutes.

That's it.... pull them off the stone with a peel and slide onto a plate.  Eat.  Groan with delight.
