I finally pinned down the feed issue on my brand new Rock River Arms national match upper.
The ejector extends out from the bolt face farther than any AR I have or have examined. It occasionally digs into the base of the cartridge being fed into the chamber, carving a bright little half moon into the case before the whole works stop dead, out of battery.
Now..... do I fix it myself or ship the new upper back to RRA and let them take a shot at it?
Honestly.... for what this cost, I expected perfection.
GRRRrrrr........

Ship it back, period... For that much $$ THEY owe ya one that actually WORKS!
I might replace it myself, although I expect Rock River would make it right.
