I just made the call to set up an appointment for our regular chimey cleaning. Burning so much wood for heat, and having had the fun of a few chimney fires in my life... I believe in chimney cleaning wholeheartedly.
All that said, whats blaring in my pre-coffee brain is Dick VanDyke, covered in soot.
I'd pay this chimney guy $20 extra if he wore all black and sang Chim-Chim-Charee while working.....
Anyway... get your chimneys cleaned, folks. It's important!
