It's an automotive tool.

A)  What is it?

B)  There is only one reason a mechanic would need two of them.  He must be working on what?

B: I have no clue. The Google Books search results have explanations that I do not understand. Me not smart like that.

Freddy, You got the tool name correct, and that's maybe a 7 out of 10 on difficulty. To get the second part of the question correct, you'd have be a real GM drivability maven from the early 80's.

Anon...... Nailed it. I also have the Dual TBI fuel pressure gauge someplace in one of my boxes. Used to be a tuner maven on those kind of GM vehicles. SOMEone had to do it.
