I call it 'The Pandemic'.
Recipe as follows:
Take what booze you got, pour it in a glass over a couple ice cubes, squeeze in a chunk of whatever fruit you got. Swizzle with your (Washed) finger. Drink. Refill. Drink again. Repeat.
In this case, we have some black rum and a slice of orange. Very, very tasty.
