Lunchy Munchy....


Classic Ham and Bean soup, using the bone from Sunday's ham to make stock.  Onions, garlic, great northerns, and fresh black pepper.   Some parsley finish.

The bread is another Dutch oven attempt, but herb'ed up with garlic, onion, and dill.  Lot's of oat bran in this one, which effected the structure quite a bit.  If I do that again, I'll give it another 10 minutes in  the oven.
