Tillapia fillets pan cooked over a bed of sweet onions, with a seasoning mix (lotsa Stuff©).
Served on a flour tortilla wrap, with sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce, and salsa.
It was..... okay. We were shooting for fish wraps that didn't taste fishy, so achievement unlocked.
Yes..... fried fish would be taste SOOOOooooo much better, but I'm really trying here.
'Lil girl said Yummy, so there's that....
