Breakfast nommies....
The only sodium comes from a few slices of Prosciutto, diced up and pan sizzled before the eggs were added. Yes, the shredded mixed cheeses add salt as well, but in a more minor way.
Laid out gently on a tortilla, and then generously spooned over with medium spicy salsa.
Edible, and quite reasonable on all the things we are supposed to cut back on.
