Two hours of REM sleep last night.  All of it weird, followed by more weird.

I went to bed very early, knowing I had to be up early and taxi Herself to a medical thing.  Didn't help.  Hit the sack tired, and woke up even more tired.  

Going to be a light day, by choice or not.
