1 roast chicken = 1 gallon of rich stock + lot's of chicken salad + chicken soup.

For kicks, a quart of pickled eggs and golden beets.  Why?  Because I had a few beets from the garden.

Yet another rainy day.  Paying bills, doing things in the house, meh.  The wood pile quietly mocks me, cloaked in misty rain.
