Aristo! Aristo! A la lanterne!

I see these on Flashfood occasionally but never have in the store. Admittedly, I do not haunt Giant's bacon section even on the rare occasions I shop in the store anymore.

This *beef* bacon is interesting, and quite different from the pork bacon we are used to. It's meatier, clearly beefier, and makes its own delicious statement.

The last I got it we gobbled it up with various breakfast meals. This time I hope to expand a bit and see what else we can do with it.

The shape lends itself to wrapping, and that alone presents interesting ideas.
