Grey dreary day, so it is. A good day to do inside chores. The household budget is being inflationized uncomfortably, so it's time to re-think it. I need to Bidenomic it enough that we can stay afloat.
I remember beef. I miss beef.
I'm watching the carefully selected and highly edited snippets of the Harris/Walz campaign event that CNN allowed us to view. Is it me, or was not one single question actually answered? As puffy and fluffy and practiced as every question was, not a single answer was to be seen.
Friends, when I wash my hands I do it at the kitchen sink using dish liquid. I wash my hands over a dirty pot so I can use the soapy water twice.

Last year I bought a few bags of chicken wings at $3 a pound. The Fam loves them some wings, but not THESE wings. They were sub par, and I was left with a 2lb bag.
This morning I dumped those lousy wings into the pressure cooker with half an onion and the veggie scraps from the freezer. 45 minutes later...
Enough picked chicken meat to make sandwiches for lunch and two half-gallons of primo chicken stock for the fridge.
Huh. Ginger beer and vodka are damned good together!
