Walmart fubar

I'm always looking for the best food and household bargains within my shopping parameters. As a result, I'm always shopping around looking for deals.  I thought I'd hit on a good thing with Wal Mart grocery delivery.  A cart to cart comparison with Giant pickup revealed a 15% savings with Wallyworld, even with a driver tip.

So, we've gotten a few deliveries from WalMart as part of the routine grocery shopping, and all went well.  Till today, when it didn't go well.  In fact, Wal Mart screwed the pooch by the numbers today.

The order was listed as on time, then it was delayed, then it was delivered and delayed at the same time, and then they just ceased communications altogether.  At no time were those communications two-way, as the company flat out refuses to allow anyone to speak with a human.

My last effort was directly to the specific store location, whose electronic go-away system told me to get back to them if something didn't show up in the coming week.

What a weird way to tell a customer you don't want their money anymore.  Weird, but hey, thanks for letting me know.

I'll stop at the bank Monday and dispute the charge on the account.  Maybe that will flush out a hoomon, but I doubt it.
