Tonight, it's going in a Mac & Cheese casserole.
It will join Mexican Braised Steak on our plates. What makes it Mexican? Me saying it, and a can of RoTel tomatoes.
It's kind of a hillbilly-mex night. If that's wrong, I don't wanna be right. You see, that's how I was raised. Use what you have, make what you can, be glad you have it, leave some for others.

Be real aware of the salt in that stuff. And basically any other mix. When I was in CHF I was amazed how crazy the salt levels in everything is.
