And just like an execution, the executioner is not known... officially.
But his name is Lt. Michael Leroy Byrd and he is the same jackass that left his duty arm in the shitter at the capitol a few years ago. After that incident the ass-clown should have been permanently disarmed. In the photos moments before Ms. Babbitt was murdered, he had ZERO trigger discipline.
