I started a pot of stock going, chicken and beef. In went a double handful of dried mushrooms. After a bit, celery, an entire leak, some carrots, and a head of garlic. Cook all day.
Broth for Ramen this evening. I'll sauté some tofu to go with it, and some sunny eggs.
Yeah, so I'll work on moving this, but it's going take as long as it takes. Ten minutes at a time boys; Ten minutes at a time.
Update: Ten minutes may have been optimistic. I have a wheeled garden wagon, as old people do. I can load it, move it, dump it, and spread the mulch...once. Then it's sit down time for a bit.
Five wagon loads in, and it's sit down time inside in the recliner. Ugh. I'm slow, but I compensate for it by being lazy.
I overdid it. By quite a bit. Think I'm just going to sit here for a while now. Breath.....
The suckass thing about heart failure is what it is. Everything works fine, but the heart just doesn't pump as much flow as the body requires. Blood-O2 is great when I'm breathing normally or hard, but it doesn't matter. The flow is not there. Fatigue is astonishingly fast to come on, and harder to get rid of.
Frankly, it's taking an effort just to type in a post right now.
I will not give up.... but I may sit here and rest a while. Pardon me while I close my eyes and breath for bit.
