W:  329.5  328.0   Weight might explode overnight, but it comes back off an ounce at a time.

My chest is tight today.  I think I'll be taking it easy.

To-Do:
  • Dishes
  • Wood & Fire
  • Check hot tub
  • Vacuum
  • Prune roses?
  • Laundry
  • Make her soup for lunch
  • ?
