25 states* in the USA have 'Constitutional Carry'. Permitless concealed carry of weapons by those legally allowed to do so. Most of that happened in the last 10 years or so. Every state that has done so has seen a reduction in violent crime.

Thinking about it, I cannot imagine Pennsylvania ever being progressive and modern enough to do that. Can you?

I'm pleased when a new rifle shows willing from the first round. It's always promising.

Since it's a slow .30 caliber, I'll be trying it with cast bullets.  I'll be mighty pleased if it's an accurate poofster to play with on the cheap.
