A simple breakfast. Potato and ham hash, cooked till crispy and delicious, with a perfect sunny side egg and toast.
No better sauce in the world than an egg yolk from a sunny side egg.

COOL. Just spent some time talking with a local farmer, and received permission to walk his property anytime I wish. Preferable mornings and evenings, and if there happen to be fewer woodchucks there when I leave, all the better.
