Cleaning up sorta-leftover chicken....
The chicken from the drumsticks I made stock with has been in the fridge a couple days. Use it or lose it pal!
I wanted different, so...
The chicken got minced, and then combined with corn meal, eggs, milk, onions, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Aleppo pepper. Dipped out with a cookie scoop and formed into uniform balls.
Deep fry at 350 till GBD and removed to a tray with a rack on it. Sprinkle with salt, and then back off as the horde descends.
