An opinion, worth what you pay for it...

Regarding the immense creature suing Lyft because their driver turned her down as a customer, I have an opinion.

Let's say a handicapped person in a wheelchair wishes a ride and calls for a car.  Wouldn't it be entirely reasonable to expect they inform the company they need a wheelchair compatible ride?   If they didn't, and a driver showed up in a Nissan Versa with no rack for the wheelchair that would be strictly on the customer.

Well, lets say a person who weighs as much as three average NFL quarterbacks combined wants a ride, shouldn't they be on the hook to inform the ride company of that issue?  If the driver shows up in a 2023 Prius with a total payload weight capacity of 900 pounds... driver and cargo included.... that too is on the customer.
