I hit up the sale racks at the grocery store on Monday. On the produce side, I found three containers of tomatoes. Two cherry, and one of Campari. At 99 cents a pack, I was good with them being almost too ripe.
What to do with them? Dehydrator, obviously. With those and some more veg needing used I managed a full load. Today I was packaging the results for storage, and looking at that pile of dried tomatoes. What will I do with these? I already have a lot of dried tomatoes.
Just then Herself swoops in with "Whatcha got there?" and swipes a dried tomato to chew on. "HMM!" she says, and grabs a few more.
Yeah, so I know where these dried tomatoes will be going.
