Breakfast buffet out with fam yesterday. Not my healthiest idea, but it was nice to be out with them.

It's just hash. It ain't rocket surgery, ya know?
Two strips of bacon, chopped up and rendered in the pan till crisp. Leave the bacon fat, we need that joyful stuff.
From the fridge, half a red onion, a serving of roast cabbage, and a baked potato. All left over from last nights dinner. Chop it all up right good, and then grate on half a carrot if there is one.
Dump all that in the pan, set the heat to medium low, and stir it when you have a mind to. Add in seasoning to taste. I do salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, and some parsley.
Cook till it looks darker, mixed up, and yummy. Might be 20 minutes, might be an hour. Put it on a plate with an egg or two and call it breakfast.
