Figured out a workaround on the furnace issue. House is comfy and we did not spend $800 on a whingamabob box.
(UPDATE) Spoke too soon. The workaround keeps the house too warm. Technical reasons, too twisty to describe. I'll think on this. We can keep the house warm 80% to my liking. Just looking for the last carefree 20%.

Incorrect. A drunken fool stumbling into the wrong house is a 'mistake' A career criminal breaking in to burgle the home, that is not a mistake. The difference is purpose. Unless, of course, you are calling intentional lies 'a mistake', which it truly is because it will cost the BBC a great deal.
