Quiet crashy Sunday. 12, and the house is still silent.

Steaks tonight. Steak rub:
- Kosher salt
- Black peppercorns
- Coffee beans
- Dried garlic
- Dried onion
- Aleppo pepper flakes
All through the grinder, and I'll rub the steaks an hour before cooking.

And.. the steak the rub was intended for. I ran off 6 of these at medium for dinner, and all are gone now. The rub seemed to be a hit, even though it was not the main flavor profile. For all the stuff I put in the rub, it just seemed to make the beef 'Beefier'. That was the compliment I got.
