Hey Mon! Check out me Shrooms!

Via A-zon, a pound of dried Shitake mushrooms.  Just a big bag of happy taste taste.

I like to re-hydrate in chicken stock in the fridge for a day or two, and then use them in everything.  Having ordered a full pound this time, I'm considering grinding some into a powder.

Think about it.  Shroom dust for gravy, soups, salads, just about everything.  Hell, I'm baking bread today, and might just make a loaf of Shitake bread.
