Had a low blood sugar incident around 1am.  Can't say how low because the gadget only registers down to 40. Shaking and drenched with sweat.  Unpleasant is a mild description.

On me.  I'm eating a lot less, trying to meet a weight goal by year end. Dinner was one chicken leg and half a potato.  Seems that just won't cut it.

Low blood sugar, 0/10, do not recommend.

I'll get the needful done today, but nothing more.

Update:  There ain't enough coffee in the world.  I'm wiped.

Now that I think back, this has happened before.  I just didn't have the name for it.
