Big salad bowl, brushed with balsamic glaze.  Hand torn iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, feta-stuffed peppers, kalamata olives, paper thin fresh radish (Daikon and Autumn Red), cheddar cheese, more balsamic glaze, and seasonings.

You know, a simple little salad.
