A federal *un-taxed* bounty for any citizen who uncover evidence of fraud involving taxpayer money, and makes it public. The bounty to be a percentage of the total fraud uncovered, and financed by confiscating the assets of the criminals involved... no matter who they are, what company they represent, or what their party affiliation is.
The bounty will be paid promptly, publicly, and in cash.
In the event no authority will prosecute, the confiscation and bounty automatically become a ballot measure in the next election.
