Today is sausage day.  First time doing this.  To start with, just a simple mild Italian.  Turned out downright tasty.  The lack of salt by the pound is really evident, and the spice and meat shine through.  Next one will be Asian inspired, with fresh ginger and a silly amount of garlic.
