Flat bread, with shredded beef and many lots of cheese. So wow! Much happy!
That Emeril guy said on his cooking shows, Never pass up a chance to add flavor. This is that.
The dough was made with butter and some sugar, and then hit with Parm, garlic, black pepper, oregano, and basil.
The shredded beef (leftover) was simmered in chicken stock, chipotle, and adobo.
The fresh grated cheese on top? Parm and Colby-jack cheddar.
Much olive oil found it's way into the dough, and more was sprayed on at each step.
This came out.... good. VERY good. Yes, it tasted of cheese steak, only better.
