Today is some cooking and grilling ribs. You know, Reeeb Watch.
I went a bit over the line yesterday, doing almost 10% of the work I would have done pre-bum-heart. Drank a couple glasses of bourbon in the evening and all but passed out in the chair. Herself had to wake me to go to bed. I'm being told I was 'mostly' coherent.
Feeling it today, so perfect day for rib watch.

| Ribs dry rubbed overnight, and on the grill. Hickory chips spread out among the charcoal. |

| First flip at two hours. Heat a bit high. I'll let them go for a bit on this side, and then they get wrapped in foil and dosed with sauce before they coast out the afternoon on the dying grill. |
