Bit of baking soda, some 4o steel wool, a little growling, and we have these. One is brass, and the other aluminum I believe. Shines up too nice to be pewter.
These belonged to a friend, and somewhat mentor. Died long ago. I think he kept them more for ceremonial use, but I sip my tipple from them on occasion.
