I very much over-produced on pickles last year. Far more than we can eat before this years cukes begin coming in.  So, what to do?

Today I sliced up several jars of pickles and put them in the dehydrator.  Also a jar of sweet peppers.  If Herself doesn't just munch up all the pickle chips, I'll grind them into powder.  Pickle powder!  On fries, popcorn, pork chops, flat bread, salad dressings, etc.
