In the foreground are two healthy zucchini squash plants. In the background are tomatoes and peppers and beans and cucumbers.
Everything else there is Butternut squash. I planted just TWO SEEDS in a mound of mushroom soil and wood chips. Now they are headed into the driveway and across the road. I'm 'trimming' the squash plant with a riding mower, and little touch of fear. I mean... what if it reaches up and grabs me?
