Last night the urge came for something different for dinner. Something rich, and satisfying. Something..... with crab.
Crab stuffed mushrooms, with a side of scallop gratin.
The crab stuffing is all claw meat, with panko breadcrumbs and Bookbinders seafood spice. A little melted sweet butter holds the mix together while it bakes. From the oven, the stuffed mushrooms get treated to a little fresh ground pepper and some chopped chives, and are plated with a heavenly baked scallop gratin to keep them company.
Leftovers? I fail to understand the concept.......
