Comcast sucketh

Internet down at the house (again). Long term this time, it seems.

Well..... Comcast has people with time to browse for folks who are vocally unhappy with them. Isn't that.... special.

Shame the company has no time or people to actually give reasonable service.

I called today about getting Comcast service at our home, as it's one of two choices available. The Comcast rep could not tell me what my bill would be, nor how many WEEKS it would be to get installation... till AFTER I signed up and gave my credit card information.

Frontier, on the other hand, gave me an exact amount, an exact day for installation, and is providing a wireless router on which we may use any computer we please, as may any guest we have staying with us.... at no extra charge.

Take a wild guess which ISP we have decided to go with?

Comcast actually does a reasonable job at my house. Of course we're paying for the business service so perhaps its just a problem of mismatch between what you expect and what you pay for.
