13 hour work day today.

Tomorrow's workday will stretch from 6am til 6pm, give or take.

Good thing we teachers have it so easy. Otherwise I'd be exhausted.

I remember a time when I was considering another profession. I considered getting an administrators license. It all seemed like so much work, and I stayed working as an elementary classroom teacher, and as time went on, I always worked 60 hour weeks and sometimes worked 70 hours.

Lawyers usually work 60 hours to become partners. Yes, and at about $200 + an hour.

Sorry, exhausted, or I'd summarize my point.

When I was in college, I got up at 4:30, got to school by 7, studied, went to class, studied, and got home by 5 or 6 depending on the traffic. It is a 120 mi. round trip. I did this from '01 to '09. It was routine.

I had to stop, due to illness, but vowed to return. Now I go there every three weeks for 6 to 7 hours and I consider it a victory to make it out of bed by 5:30 and return by 5 pm. I have gotten very lazy.

My reason for the comment? I envy you the energy and love that motivate your rising and doing. Hallelujah for those easy jobs. :)
