I sense a disturbance in the force....

.

....a dark swirling force of burrocratic lack-o-intelligence making one last gaseous miasma burp just before if gives that swooshing gurgling glug glug sound....

The US Army (Or more likely one soon to be castrated REMF idiot in uniform) just ordered soldiers to give up the one magazine that never fails them in combat.

So, what do we have here?

A bureaucrat in the purchasing office who has been bribed by the producers of the "approved" mag?
Or who has not received a large enough bribe from Magpul?

A political decision? Have Magpul upset someone from the donkey party?

Treason? Someone is deliberately putting US soldiers lives at risk with this unjustifiable order; is there a name attached to the order?
Let us see who the traitor is, please?

I know what I would do if I were in the field - there would be one showpiece approved mag for parade inspection, while my field pack would contain kit that worked properly - and f*** the pencil pusher who issued this order.

Whoa... Isn't THAT interesting... One can only wonder what prompted this SNAFU?
