Nom Nom.....



Herbed and spiced crusted salmon fillets, sauteed and browned in butter, olive oil, and garlic.

Served on a bed of smashed rosemary red potatoes, made with melted butter, cream, roast garlic, and a ground black pepper medley.

Fairly tasty.....
