Defrosting, a package of boneless beef short ribs.

Later this morning, I'm going to give them a rub, sear them off in a hot cast iron pan, and then into the dutch oven with a bottle of Sweet Baby Rays (and some Cholulu) for the rest of the day at 250 degrees.

This evening, I'll make a pan of corn bread to go with.

Expecting heavy duty yummage tonight!
