A bill to prevent CONgress from Cyprus'ing our savings accounts...

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then, and so it goes with Congress..... occasionally someone there tries to do something right.  In this case, a bill designed to prevent a Cyprus like theft attempt of savings accounts by government.

The real kicker.... what if Congress REFUSES to pass such a law?  What does that say about their future plans?

Not that Congress bothers obeying laws to begin with, but just saying.....
