So, we've been drinking this cherry wine we put down in 2016. It's spiced with cinnamon and cloves, and we like it enough I ran a new batch to match it.
The new ferment tastes like it will be a good one, but I've been 'playing' with flavors before we bottle it. One of my experiments involved cherry wine and a healthy share of rum.
Carolyn pronounced it 'Delicious', so I dumped the entire handle of Goslings into the carboy of cherry wine. As soon as it clarifies to suit, we will bottle it.
Now, the question. What do we name it?
Come, my learned and wise friends... what comes to mind?
