It was almost two years ago that a friendly nurse spoke to us about Vitamin D, what it does, and how much she takes. A year later, my doc hit me with the same thing and began watching my levels with every blood test.
On a regular basis, I take D, B's, C, and some other supplements like Chondroitin and Cinnamon. These are ones I actually notice having a positive effect. I'll soon be adding fish oil (blech). All Doc approved, but I suspect pharma hated.
