The latest batch of dried Roma tomatoes from the dehydrator, put up in a quart jar and covered in olive oil.
Herself is an Avid consumer of these, and the jar will not last more than a week or two in the fridge.
Plus, 10 pints of pure rich tomato sauce. Just plain Roma tomato puree cooked down and pressure canned in pint jars. Nothing extra. A perfect tomato base for all kinds of dishes.
Add this to the 20 or so jars (pint and quart) already put up, and we are good for the year.
