Utilizing resources to cut waste....

 

Older carrots, limpish celery, and a few onions wanting used.  Add in an empty dehydrator, and we shall soon have some dried mirepoix for the pantry.

Just in case for that day when I don't have fresh on hand.

Waste... annoys... me.
