Chicken bacon...


Herself does not like chicken with the skin on, nor with bones.  Yes, she is just a smidge Communist, but I love her anyway.

In any case, I will NOT waste goodness, so this is crispy chicken skin.  Herself loves this, as does everyone else in the house.  Chicken skins, rubbed with a bit of oil, and dosed with Harissa and a light salting.  Roasted at 425 for 25 minutes till crispy.

They call it chicken bacon, and never leave any leftover.
